• Instructions for Use:

  • For Hot Use: Place on a clean ceramic or glass plate and microwave for 20 seconds. Test temperature by hand before using. If not warm enough, microwave in 10 second increments.
  • For Cold Use: Seal in Plastic bag and place in freezer for 2 or more hours. Can be stored in freezer.

  • WARNING! Risk of fire. Do not heat on stove or in conventional oven. Do not continuously microwave for more than two minutes. For adult use only.
